Description

Thermalright Burst Assassin 120 CPU Air Cooler

The Thermalright Burst Assassin 120 CPU Air Cooler is a high-performance cooling solution designed to effectively manage CPU temperatures for demanding tasks, gaming, and professional applications. Its compact heatsink, measuring L124 mm x W52 mm x H154 mm and weighing 510g, offers compatibility with various PC cases while efficiently dissipating heat. Equipped with six 6mm heat pipes and a C1100 pure copper nickel-plated base, this cooler excels in heat transportation and conductivity. The included TL-C12C PWM(V1.0) fan, sized at L120 mm x W120 mm x H25 mm and weighing 120g, operates at a rated speed of 1550 RPM±10%, ensuring ample airflow for CPU cooling. Despite its performance, it maintains a quiet 25.6 dBA noise level, providing a peaceful computing environment. With a maximum airflow of 66.17 CFM and air pressure of 1.53 mm H2O, this fan efficiently pushes air through the heat sink's fin stack. Its 4-pin PWM connector allows precise speed control, and the S-FDB bearing type ensures durability and quiet operation. The Thermalright Burst Assassin 120 CPU Air Cooler is a reliable solution that combines efficient heat dissipation with minimal noise, making it an excellent addition to your PC setup for maintaining optimal CPU performance.

Customer Review About Thermalright Burst Assassin 120 CPU Air Cooler:

Amazing quality at this price point of 3550 Taka only.

First, you get a nickel plated solid copper cold plate, something you don't find on the usual bargain price cooler, which aids in uniform heat spreader contact which is important if you need a 125W cooler or even if you are overclocking a (Nominal) 65W CPU to about 115W.

You get 6 nickel plated 6mm copper heat pipes.

The cooler I received is exactly 6 inches tall and it will have wide range of case compatibility.

The cooler is relatively slim which speaks to good ram clearance.

The fin stack has saw toothed leading and trailing edges and isn't sharp which is something you don't see on coolers in this price range. No more bleeding if you stick a hand in your computer case.

The RGB PWM fan is kind of meh but does the job. I would probably change the fan if using an overclocked (nominal) 125W processor

You don't need six heat pipes for a stock 65W processor, nor do you need a cold plate with it's superior and more uniform CPU heat spreader contact. But it doesn't hurt and this product costs little more than the bargain basement coolers. I have Scythe Fuma2, Arctic 34CO/Arctic Esport Duo and ID cooling 224xt RGB(which I changed the fan on) and I'm not throwing any of them away, they are good coolers in their own right. On an intel i3 10100 I have Arctic Freezer 11LP 2 heat pipes, that cools so well it stops for minutes at a time, runs for a minute and then stops again completely silent, but this is an office PC.
